Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take one additional day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email, so you can follow your package on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order value.
We offer free standard shipping on all qualifying orders, depending on region.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The products on proholdex.com are sold without Swedish/Norwegian VAT (25%) added, as some products are shipped directly from our warehouses outside the EU.

Depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method, the handling of customs and import charges may vary:

In some countries, Holdex covers customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance costs in advance. In these cases, your order is delivered fully paid and customs cleared, with no additional charges upon delivery.

In other cases, you as the customer are the legal importer of the goods. This means that you are responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties and other taxes or handling fees that may arise when the goods are imported into the destination country. These charges are not included in the price shown on our website.

By completing a purchase with HOLDEX (Averin Limited), you confirm that you:
– are listed as the recipient and, where relevant, the importer of the product
– may be invoiced for import VAT, customs duties and any handling fees by the carrier
– are responsible for checking the applicable import rules in the destination country

Track Your Order

All deliveries include full tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

We ship with reliable carriers. If your package is delayed, damaged or appears to be lost, contact us immediately and we will start an investigation.

Address Changes

Address changes are only possible before the order has been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address.

Pre-Orders and Custom-Made Products

If your order contains a pre-order or a custom-made product, the entire order will only be shipped once all items are ready – to reduce unnecessary deliveries and support sustainability.
